Empowering Maasai Women and Girls

Rozalia Women and Girls Fund supports locally led programs in Tanzania that expand access to education, menstrual health resources, dignity, opportunity, and community support for Maasai women and girls.

Our Mission

Rozalia Women and Girls Fund is dedicated to creating greater opportunity for Maasai women and girls in Tanzania through education, health, dignity, and community support.

We help connect the generosity of donors with practical programs that address real needs, from helping girls remain in school to providing essential menstrual health resources and supporting initiatives that give women and girls greater opportunity to thrive.

Our goal is to help remove barriers today while supporting stronger, more independent futures for generations to come.

What We Support

Education can change the direction of a girl's life. We support efforts that help Maasai girls attend school, stay in school, access essential learning resources, and pursue opportunities that might otherwise be out of reach.

Education

We invest in programs that help women and girls develop greater confidence, opportunity, independence, and long-term security. When women and girls are given the tools to succeed, the benefits extend to families and entire communities.

Women & Girls

Menstrual Health & Dignity

A lack of access to menstrual products and basic hygiene resources should never prevent a girl from attending school or participating fully in daily life. We support access to menstrual health products, hygiene resources, education, and practical solutions that protect health and dignity.

Our support goes beyond individual needs. We help strengthen grassroots programs that improve the well-being of families and create lasting opportunities within Maasai communities.

Stronger Communities

We believe the strongest and most sustainable change is locally led.

Rozalia Women and Girls Fund works alongside trusted grassroots partners and community leaders in Tanzania who understand the needs, traditions, challenges, and opportunities within their communities.

We are not there to dictate solutions. We are there to listen, partner, and provide resources that help local leaders turn their own ideas and priorities into action.

By connecting committed donors with trusted community-based efforts, we can help create meaningful change while respecting the culture, dignity, and leadership of the people we serve.
